My career as an insurance man began in 1987 with London & Manchester Assurance, (where I remained for over 10 years), before leaving to work for Pearl Assurance.

By late 2000 I reached the conclusion that my future lay in the independent arena where I could work more for the needs of my clients, providing them with totally impartial and independent financial advice.

I am currently studying towards the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate, having already qualified for Financial Planning Certificates I, II & III, the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), Lifetime Mortgages (more commonly known as Equity Release), Home Reversions and Savings and Investments.

I have been married to Carolyn since 1989 and we have three beautiful daughters, Amy aged 9, Millie nearly 8 and Grace 2 ½.
My family are the most important people in my life and I must say since our children have come along my whole outlook on life has changed putting everything into perspective. I am much happier, more contented and am really excited for the future, particularly seeing our children growing and developing

I am very proud of my profession and would be delighted if any, (or all), of my children were to become IFA’s, looking after the financial needs of their generation.
