I am married to Lisa with two sons, Nick and Dan. In September 2011 our eldest son Nick made us very proud grandparents to Isla. Born in 1963 I have lived the majority of my life in Spennymoor, Co Durham; I currently live in Bishop Auckland.

I have worked in Financial Services since 1985, starting my career with Prudential then Pearl Assurance and Friends Provident. My life as an IFA started in 2000 since when I have been able to offer my clients totally independent and impartial advice.

I continually strive to offer excellent advice and service to all of my clients and I am currently studying for my Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as part of my ongoing commitment.

In my spare time I enjoy walking in the countryside with our dogs, sport, in particular football, (a Newcastle United supporter), rugby and golf. I also love to travel, home and abroad
